OAIS
The Ohio Association of Independent Schools (OAIS) is a group of
over 25 private schools that joined together to obtain the best Price,
Choice and Service for their faculty and staff. The Health
Consortium of schools range in employee size from under 10 to over
200. Oswald Companies was selected as their group benefits broker
because of the professional staff and quality services we are able to
provide the schools. We have initiated a clear plan of action,
integrated health management programs, and creative solutions to
escalating employee benefits costs. Oswald has achieved the
initial goals of the Consortium, and continues to build on the exciting
programs and overall philosophy of taking control of your health.
