For more than 20 years, Catherine L. Kosin has provided strategic risk management and personalized insurance services to clientele across a broad range. As a Senior Vice President and Branch Operations Manager at Oswald, Ms. Kosin specializes in the large line Risk Management and Middle Market Brokerage segments, with a primary focus on casualty and international risks. She brings a high-touch approach to client service that has allowed for long-term relationships, earning trust and respect from both clientele and the marketplace.

Denise C. Mirtich leads the team of healthcare analysts that support Group Benefit clients, including DART (Data Analytics Reporting Tool*),  a sophisticated data warehouse that stores member-level medical and pharmacy claim data, allowing Oswald to monitor cost, utilization and providing the ability to analyze the data in segments (e.g. by location, age, gender, division, state).  Ms. Mirtich has more than 20 years of experience in in the healthcare industry with expertise in insurance administration for self-funded groups, product development, project management, trend management and client relationship management.





Kimberly Ferenchak

Kimberly K Ferenchak is Vice President and Practice Leader of Executive Risk at Oswald Companies.  With specializations in management liability, professional liability, environmental liability and fidelity coverages, she combines her product and market knowledge to solve business challenges that arise daily.   Ms. Ferenchak realizes success by identifying customer needs and working creatively to craft policy language to best meet those needs.  Advising clients in areas such as prudent corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, winding down, and divestitures is a critical piece of pro-active risk management.






Stephanie Kovacs

Senior Manager Benefits & Compensation at Oswald Companies.

Stephanie Kovacs is Senior Manager Benefits & Compensation at Oswald Companies.  She is responsible to oversee the selection, utilization and effectiveness of the company’s comprehensive benefit program; ensures the total rewards / compensation program is competitive and drives the performance of the employee population.  She supervises the payroll function and works with compliance and wellness programs as well.  She also takes an active role in employee relations, sustaining company culture and keeping Oswald a great place to work.






Deena Rini

Team Leader, Operations
Oswald Financial, Inc.

For nearly a decade, Ms. Rini has worked for The James B. Oswald Company (JBO) for the retirement plan services division, Oswald Financial, Inc. (OFI). Ms. Rini was hired as a client service administrator in 2007 and quickly added the responsibilities of compliance and broker/dealer relations in 2008, and shortly after obtained her Series 6 registration which is held through LPL Financial.

She manages the marketing team and design specialists, and directs the strategy and execution of corporate-wide efforts, including: business units, specialty divisions, regional market offices, corporate communications, employee engagement and community relations.
