Oswald’s David Leff to Present Risk Management Topics & Trends at LeadingAge Ohio Conference Aug. 26

David Leff, Casualty Loss Control Specialist at Oswald, will present current risk management issues facing long-term care facilities, including conventional risks and emerging risks such as cyber security and privacy.

He will also discuss the traditional insurance products available to address those risks, as well as new products on the forefront.

Leff will facilitate a panel discussion to help conference attendees:

• Recognize new risks facing their organizations due to rapid advances in technology as well as the changing regulatory landscape

• Gain knowledge regarding best practices for implementing loss prevention measures

• Discover valuable insights and best practice tips for handing claims when they first arise to maximize the potential for insurance coverage to be available and to minimize the extent of the loss.

At Oswald, Leff’s focus is on helping clients advance their overall operation by utilizing a variety of tools to lower incident rates, reduce workers’ compensation costs, improve operating and energy efficiencies, exceed compliance laws and add overall value to the business. David has particular experience assisting long term care facilities in these areas. David holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Wittenberg University.
