The Topic of discussion will revolve around understanding the options, risks & new opportunities of Spousal Coverage after the Supreme Court Ruling Legalizing Same-Sex Marriage in June 2015.
The presentation will evaluate new options, risks and opportunities for employer-sponsored plans as coverage options continue to shift in the health insurance marketplace. Discussion items include spousal coverage trends, carve-out options, surcharges, contribution strategies and affidavits to proactively confront these evolving financial and administrative implications.
