Jennifer Morrissey

Jennifer Morrissey is a performance-driven insurance executive who leverages technical, digital and operational expertise to define vision and implement strategies that yield successful transformations, and contribute to significant growth in revenues and measurable client outcomes.

For nearly two decades Jennifer has served in executive leadership capacities for Fortune 500 companies, leading in both the corporate and expert consultant capacity. Her results-driven approach has enabled large-scale turnarounds, integrations, mergers and acquisitions, and substantial growth strategies for her organizations and its valued clients therein.

As Chief Information Officer of Oswald Companies, one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firms, she cultivates teams across departments and functions, to improve and deliver measureable results, optimize business performance, and foster collaboration for positive, goal-directed transformations.

In addition to leading the strategic information technology division for Oswald Companies, she is also a member of Oswald Companies’ Executive Committee, which drives corporate-level decisions and strategic planning on behalf of the business and employee-owner population.

Morrissey’s background includes nearly a decade of insurance and risk management leadership with Willis Group Holdings (WSH), leading the company through a period of expansion ($1B to $3B) built on industry sector leading organic growth, operating margins, and strategic mergers and acquisitions. She led full-scale, information technology strategic initiatives in both the employee benefits and property and casualty divisions, holding titles including Chief Operating Officer/Managing Director Global Employee Benefits, and Managing Director IT Strategy and Business Transformation.

Prior to Willis, she held similar leadership positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), a fortune 500 Company and leading IT service delivery provider, serving high-profile Fortune 50 clientele. She most recently served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of a digital marketing startup agency in Nashville.

Morrissey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Albright College and Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago. She also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
