Oswald’s David Kramer Advises Officials On National IP Pro Bono Initiative

Oswald’s David Kramer was in Washington D.C. last week to advise government officials – including Chief Judge Rader of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Teresa Stanek Rea, acting head of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office – on insurance issues relating to the America Invents Act and its national IP-specific pro bono initiative.

Rader, a recognized expert on IP law, was appointed Chief Judge in June 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
