Ashley Blevins leads the Columbus Group Benefits Team as well as being a Senior Client Executive at Oswald Companies. She has over 10 years of experience in Group Benefits with a focus, typically, on employer groups with over 100 employees but she has extensive knowledge in all group sizes/segments.

In this role, Ashley focuses on supporting her team through strategic collaboration, new case development, financial analysis, cost control and business retention. Ashley exhibits a strong collaborative approach in working with businesses to identify client risk to develop and execute an integrated and comprehensive health management strategy customized to the client’s needs. Her successful negotiation approach with carriers results in premium/rate reductions, contract extensions and favorable contract terms for her clients. She excels at developing and delivering a strong and positive “benefits message” through ongoing employee education campaigns covering topics appropriate to the current trends. Ashley attended Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Visual Communications. She has been a licensed Accident & Health agent in 20+ states, including Ohio since 2017.
