Dianne Kennedy has over 38 years of insurance experience which has made her a highly regarded leader of the agency’s Real Estate Practice.  She is responsible for contract and coverage analysis, program design, marketing, and placement for all classes of business.  Her vast expertise has positioned her as a client advisor for insurance programs with billion-dollar schedules and worldwide operations.  She also has expertise in the placement of Middle-Market and Risk Management insurance programs, including large Habitational and Commercial Real Estate programs.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Ms. Kennedy is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW – Detroit) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  She has been a Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC) since 1990 and received the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1988.
