Jake Pease partners with business owners in the healthcare space to drive profitability. Pease analyzes risk and implements plans designed to reduce exposure to loss and decrease cost, while systematically improving operational efficiencies, via risk management and risk transfer. He has been with Oswald since 2016.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Pease is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University with an emphasis on Business Administration. He holds designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and as a Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL). He also serves as a trustee to The Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland.
