
Jennifer Morrissey is Chief Information Officer of Oswald Companies and Unison Risk Advisors and a member of the Executive Leadership Committee. She cultivates teams across departments and functions, to improve and deliver measurable results, optimize business performance, and foster collaboration for positive, goal-directed transformations in technology, operations, and data analytics.
Morrissey joined Oswald Companies in November 2016. Her background includes more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, including nearly a decade of insurance and risk management leadership with Willis Group Holdings (WSH) from 2006-2015. Here she led the company through a period of organic growth and expansion ($1B to $3B). She led full-scale strategic initiatives in both the employee benefits and property and casualty divisions, holding titles including Chief Operating Officer Global Employee Benefits, and Managing Director of IT Strategy and Business Transformation. Prior to Willis, she held similar leadership positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) from 1998-2006, a fortune 500 Company and leading IT service delivery provider, serving high-profile Fortune 50 clientele.
Currently, Morrissey serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement (JA) of Greater Cleveland and on the Board of Directors for MTech Capital, a venture capital firm investing in technology companies operating in the insurance industry. She is also an Advisor to Oswald Companies Women’s Leadership Council. Morrissey frequently presents at leadership, women’s and trade events, and led Oswald Companies to earn the 2019 Vertafore Champion Award. She was recently named a 2021 Smart Women Award honoree in the Progressive Woman category.
Morrissey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Albright College and Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago. She also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
