John Fasola is Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Group Benefits for Oswald Companies, responsible for managing the benefits practice. John’s capabilities include evaluating, organizing and motivating which are essential to both manage 100+ employees and support the efforts to maintain key accounts. John joined Ohio’s largest brokerage and consulting firm in February of 2014 with over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Prior to joining Oswald, John held a number of significant leadership positions in his 10 year tenure with CBIZ, Inc., most notably as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Employee Services Division. Prior to CBIZ, John contributed to the development of a number of wholesale distribution companies including Employers Select Plan of Ohio (ESP). During his time there, ESP became the largest distributor of group health insurance products in Ohio for both BC&BS of Ohio (now Medical Mutual) and Community Mutual BC&BS (now Anthem).
