John Koz is a Business Development Associate on the Group Benefits team at Oswald Companies. His focus is on building relationships, providing insight and innovative strategies to organizations regarding managing their employee benefits and related risks. He works closely with our service team members and clients to develop multi-year strategies to drive meaningful results for both employers and employees.

John graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2020 with a degree in finance and spent four years as a walk-on with the UC Men’s Basketball Team. He has completed his PPACA certification and is working towards his REBC (Registered Employee Benefits Consultant) Designation.
