Kyle Anthony is Senior Vice President and Director of Oswald’s Human Capital and Strategic Account Practices. Kyle has over 20 years of analytics, underwriting, client management and sales experience in the human resources and employee benefits fields.
Throughout his career, Kyle has held various positions on the both the carrier and consultant side. As a principle with Behnke & Company, Kyle and his team grew their boutique benefits and property and casualty consulting firm into one of the most respected analytic advisors in the Midwest. Behnke’s passion for exceptional client and member service coupled with progressive risk management strategies set the market standard. In 2010, Kyle and his partners elected to expand with a merger as part of a top 3 global risk management firm.
After five years with a national provider, as one of the fasted growing practice groups in the country, Kyle saw his clients’ needs once again evolving. Looking to deliver greater focus around total reward planning, design and implementation, Kyle elected to join the Oswald Companies. At Oswald, Kyle’s team has built an advanced, integrated risk management platform that enables employers to develop a more meaningful human capital risk management strategy focused on quality, value and service.
