Recent events have impacted the insurance market and how nonprofits are affected. Insurers and reinsurers have had consecutive years of adverse loss experience. A few of the elements that are attributed to this are substantial jury verdicts and legislative changes. Bill will discuss what you can do to control your risks better for insurance renewal outcomes.
The discussion will center on various proactive and reactive risk management strategies regarding cyber risk through the implementation of technology safeguards, business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Chris will also discuss risk transfer through insurance programs, including coverage terms and conditions to look for in negotiating a top notch Cyber Insurance Program.
