Oswald continues to recognize the need for advancing women’s leadership, in both our insurance industry and in business overall, and is focused on accelerating efforts in 2015.
In early 2013, Oswald officially launched its industry breakthrough women’s careers initiative, the Oswald Women’s Leadership Council. Through this initiative, female leaders from all corners of the organization – sales, service and operations – have the opportunity to advance their skills in the areas of communication, collaboration and professional connections.
The common goal is this: supporting growth, diversity and inclusion within our own business, and to advance and protect our clients, partners, and colleagues as they also progress and evolve. We continue to align ourselves with the talent, opportunities and strategic partners to move our initiatives forward.
The Council’s 2015 plans are focused on bringing this message of advancing leadership into all of the communities we serve, through a variety of media, including seminars, networking events, social media an internal communications.
