Talk to a number of different surety brokers and have them give you their philosophy on how to manage bond clients and surety markets. This will give you a lot of common sense insight into a broker’s real capability in the marketplace.
You should change brokers when you are convinced that you are not receiving the level of consultative advice and service that your company warrants in the marketplace.
