Adam serves as Director of Group Benefits for Pittsburgh at Oswald Companies, where he leads the local service team and acts as a client executive driving benefits strategy development and execution for employers. He partners with employer groups on both fully insured and self-funded arrangements, advising on plan design, stop-loss structuring, PBM and pharmacy strategy, carrier negotiations, and CAA and ERISA compliance. Adam pairs technical depth with a hands-on, client-first approach—building multi-year strategies that control cost, sharpen plan performance, and keep clients ahead of a fast-moving regulatory landscape. By aligning Oswald’s service resources behind each engagement, he ensures clients receive responsive day-to-day support alongside the high-level strategic guidance that protects and advances their benefits programs. 

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS 

Adam is a graduate of Duquesne University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Adam also attended Robert Morris where he received his master’s in business administration.
