Arun Kottha is general counsel and corporate secretary for Unison Risk Advisors™. He is located in the Oswald Companies headquarters in Cleveland and oversees the legal and compliance function for all Unison Risk Advisors partners. Prior to his current role, Arun was senior legal counsel for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio, where he focused on supporting global manufacturing, operations, safety and regulatory compliance efforts. He was previously an attorney at Cleveland’s Tucker & Ellis LLP law firm.

Education & Professional Affiliations
Arun earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Case Western Reserve University and earned his Juris Doctor degree at The Ohio State University, during which he completed the international ADR law curriculum at the University of Oxford in England.

Arun has been a member of the Board of Appeals in Shaker Heights for over 15 years. He previously served on the board of Community Legal Aid, for which he has been a long-time volunteer.
