Becky Hayslip has over twenty-five years of experience in employee benefits. She leads the client service team in Columbus as an Associate Client Executive. She is responsible for client service management, implementation of health plans for clients, day to day problem solving, product knowledge, communications, wellness coordination, billing and claim resolution, benefits design and project management of behalf of her clients. Becky’s organization skills provide unique value to her clients as she guides them through all phases of their plan year, including RFP analysis, renewal decisions, implementation, open enrollment, client communication, compliance maintenance, wellness planning and long-term strategies.
Becky earned her B.A. in Spanish with a Business Focus from Otterbein College and has been licensed in Life and Health for 23 years in Ohio. Becky holds the designation of Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) through the National Association of Health Underwriters.
