Bill Fisher is the Managing Director of Group Benefits for Oswald Companies responsible for all group sponsored employee benefits clients. Bill has extensive experience helping employers for over 30 years with benefits, risk management and population management strategy and implementation, specializing in financial and technical aspects of employee benefits plan design, funding and employee engagement.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Bill is a graduate of Kutztown University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. Bill is involved in several charitable and civic organizations sitting on the Board of Directors of Friends of Breakthrough Schools where he is also Chair of the Advocacy Committee, Neighborhood Family Practice a Cleveland based Federally Qualified Community Health Center, and TPA Stream a Northeast Ohio technology startup created to support the employee benefits industry. Bill is also a proud member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2025 and a graduate of the 2024 Assurex Global Emerging Leader Academy.
