Daker Monroe is the Vice President, Director of Health and Benefits for the Cincinnati branch of Oswald Companies, where he works with middle to large employer groups. He joined Oswald from HUB Horan, where he spent nine years in a variety of roles, including underwriting, data analytics, and strategic benefit consulting. 

His well-rounded background and experience enable him to view the client’s challenges and needs from multiple viewpoints, so he can take a holistic approach to their coverage. Throughout Daker’s career, he has focused on large employer groups, providing solutions for a diverse employee base.

Daker earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business economics from the University of Cincinnati.
