Dale Kaprosy began his career with Oswald Companies in 1999 as a business development professional. In 2004 Dale was promoted to Vice President and in 2009 to Senior Vice President. Dale actively manages clients in the construction, property development, and manufacturing businesses throughout the Midwest.

In addition to managing the traditional insurance needs of his clients, Dale leads Oswald’s efforts in the development and formation of Alternative Risk Transfer – Captive Solutions for various clients. Dale has been providing leadership, expertise, and personalized attention to the risk management community for over 20 years.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Kaprosy is a graduate of John Carroll University having earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has completed the 10-hour OSHA Safety Training Program. Dale is a member of the Association of General Contractors and Assurex Global Construction Practice Group. He also serves on several nonprofit boards including Crossroads of Lake County, Diocese of Cleveland Facilities Board Chair, Catholic Charities of Cleveland, and the Past Chair of St. John Vianney School Endowment Fund.
