Dalton is a Health and Benefits Advisor in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Market. Dalton started with Oswald in 2024 and has four years of experience in the insurance industry. His goal is to gain a strong understanding of an organization’s business, culture, and risk tolerance, while identifying and designing innovative cost-effective solutions to minimize risk. This approach translates into valuable and sustainable benefit programs for his clients and their employees.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Dalton earned a Master of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Leadership Development. Dalton holds his Life and Health license in the states of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
