Doug joined Oswald in 2025, bringing over a decade of insurance industry experience. His background includes the representation of privately held and employee-owned organizations in a wide variety of sectors including manufacturing, the petroleum industry, and automotive dealerships. Doug’s primary specialty and focus lie within the design and construction industry. In addition to managing the traditional property and casualty insurance needs of his clients, Doug has a track record of identifying and coordinating risk transfer strategies and insurance program design in other organizational areas.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Doug is a graduate of Ohio State University, where he was a four-year member of the Buckeye’s baseball program. He is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health Insurance, and holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation. Outside Oswald, Doug is an active member and contributor in multiple chapters of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
