Jeff Schwab has been with Oswald since 2006 and has managed hundreds of successful M&A projects for our clients. He is also an Account Executive for Oswald’s middle market and financially-sponsored clients.

Jeff’s specialty is to coordinate the analysis of a target company’s exposure to risk in the areas of commercial insurance, employee benefits, retirement plans, and life insurance strategies.  The group delivers a comprehensive review and understanding of the entire risk profile of the target company; including the insured and uninsured exposures faced by an entity.  The group also projects Pro-forma costs for the target to allow for reliable financial modeling post-close.  He has a track record of negotiating meaningful overall cost containment, improving operational efficiencies, and implementing service improvements on behalf of his M&A and growth clients.  Year over year his team’s focus is on sustainably competitive programs that are comprehensive and well-considered.

Education and Professional Affiliations
Mr. Schwab is a graduate of Miami University where he received his BA degree.  He is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designee and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Urban Community School, and Urban Squash Youth Development programs.
