Jeff has been in the insurance business for over 30 years, advising middle-market companies on their insurance and risk management programs. Jeff’s experience includes representation of private and public companies in a wide variety of sectors including real estate, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare.

In 2012, Jeff started Transactional Risk Advisors, LLC – a specialty insurance brokerage firm dedicated to mergers and acquisitions and focused on representations and warranties insurance, environmental insurance, tax liability insurance and contingent liability insurance.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Jeff is active in various non-profit entities and also serves on the Legislative Committee for the Ohio Insurance Agents Association (OIA). He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and holds the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation as well.
