Jessica Jung is the president of Oswald Companies and is responsible for the oversight of all business units. She previously served as executive vice president and managing director of the Property & Casualty Division at Oswald. Prior to joining Oswald, Jung was vice president and branch manager of the Cleveland office for Chubb.
She has been in the insurance industry for more than 25 years in various underwriting and leadership roles. Jung’s experience in various areas of the insurance industry make her uniquely qualified to lead innovative strategic initiatives that add a differentiated value to the clients and employee-owners who she passionately serves.
Jung’s leadership also extends to her service in the community. She served as the chair of the Board of Directors for the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (Ohio Chapter) from 2015-2019, whose mission is to meaningfully give back to the local community in the areas of health, safety, and education. Jung also serves on the Board of Directors for Assurex Global Partners, Business Volunteers Unlimited, the Cleveland Zoological Society, College Now Greater Cleveland, and the YMCA of Greater Cleveland. She was named the 2014 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Woman of The Year, where she ran a very successful campaign to raise funds to directly support research for a cure. In 2022, Jung was named Smart Women Award honoree in the Progressive Woman category. In addition, Jung is a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2021 and was awarded the designation of Crain’s Cleveland 40 under 40 in 2016.
Jessica is a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and business management.
