Jim has over 25 years of Risk Management and client consulting experience. The Risk Control team works directly with clients to create short- and long-term action plans focused on risk identification and treatment. The Client Experience team, through direct client feedback and interaction, strives to help ensure client needs are achieved in a manner that is both an efficient and gratifying experience.

Jim is a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Technology and Occupational Safety & Health.  He is an active member of the Client Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII).  Jim also serves as Chair for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Center for Business Ethics. Jim has professional designations in Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and Associate in Insurance (AINS).
