Joe Curtis serves as Principal, Employee Benefits at Oswald Companies, where he leads the Health and Benefits practice in Michigan and is a key member of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Mergers & Acquisitions team. As part of one of the nation’s largest privately held, employee-owned insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firms, Joe helps organizations develop strategic benefits solutions that support business growth, enhance employee engagement, and improve financial outcomes.

With more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, Joe specializes in designing and advising on health and welfare programs for organizations of all sizes. His expertise includes self-funded health plans, prescription drug benefit strategies, employee benefits due diligence, and the integration of benefit programs during mergers, acquisitions, and periods of rapid organizational growth.

Joe partners with business owners, CFOs, HR leaders, and executive teams to create benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent while managing costs and reducing administrative complexity.
