Joi is a Sales Consultant in the Cincinnati division. She brings energy, knowledge, and a deep eagerness to learn the business. Joining Oswald in 2024, she brought several years of experience in human resources and has a deep understanding of employee benefits. She is looking forward to helping meet clients’ needs and create opportunities from the other side of the fence.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

She attended the University of Cincinnati and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational leadership with a minor in psychology. She previously held her aPHR licensing and currently has her Series 7 (Health and Life Insurance). Join is a SHRM member, serves on the University of Cincinnati Young Professionals Board and is consistently involved in the chambers of commerce in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
