Kerryn Maglis joined Oswald Companies in July 2018 and has extensive experience managing employee benefit programs for small, middle-market, and large employers. She specializes in employee engagement, benefits education, and supplemental benefits strategies, helping clients enhance participation and ensure employees have a clear understanding of their benefit options.
As the leader of Oswald’s Supplemental Benefits team, Kerryn oversees a team of Benefit Counselors who provide personalized guidance and enrollment support to employees. Her team works closely with clients to educate employees on supplemental benefit offerings and help them select coverage that aligns with their individual needs, financial goals, and budgets. Kerryn is passionate about delivering meaningful employee experiences and developing enrollment strategies that drive engagement, increase benefit awareness, and support overall workforce well-being.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Kerryn is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a minor in Psychology. Kerryn also attended Ohio University where she received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She has earned her insurance designation in Health, Life and Long-Term Care.
