Michael has been with Oswald Companies for over 5 years and has experience working with privately held companies and non-profit organizations in employee benefits. His goal is to gain a strong understanding of an organization’s business, culture, and risk tolerance, while identifying and designing innovative cost-effective solutions to minimize risk. This approach translates into valuable and sustainable benefits programs for his clients and their employees. His clients range from 40 employees to over 1,000 employees.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Michael earned national industry recognition by recently being named to the “2019 Rising Stars in Advising” class by Employee Benefit Advisor magazine. He also was recently named to Cleveland Crain`s “Twenty in their 20s”. He holds designations of Registered Employee Benefits Consultant along with his PPACA certification through the National Association of Health Underwriters and is active in the SHRM community. Michael is a graduate of Kent State with a degree in Communications.
