Ron Boynar is a Vice President, Sales Executive, and Supplemental Benefits Sales Leader at Oswald. He helps employers reduce health care costs while improving the employee experience through thoughtful plan design, risk management, and employee focused strategies.

Ron was instrumental in building Oswald’s Member First program, designed to help employees protect what matters most, including their health, income, household, and future. His work focuses on balancing cost containment with meaningful coverage so organizations can remain competitive while supporting their workforce.

He works with middle market employers that are both fully insured and self insured, with a particular focus on public and private schools. Ron also specializes in key player disability contracts for professional soccer organizations.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baldwin Wallace University, maintains Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act certification, is a licensed Life and Health insurance broker in Ohio, and is an active member of SHRM.
