With more than twenty years of leadership, brokerage, and client advisory experience in the risk and insurance industry, Sherri Grasak leads Oswald’s Pittsburgh Market. She oversees all business units in the region and drives a culture of growth, collaboration, and service excellence.

Before joining Oswald, Grasak served as Market President for Aon in Michigan and previously led Aon’s Western Pennsylvania region. She managed complex middle market and large market clients across manufacturing, retail, health care, and other major industries, while guiding brokering, consulting, and carrier relationship strategies. Prior to Aon, she spent more than 18 years at Marsh in national leadership and sales roles focused on casualty and complex risk programs.

Grasak’s broad experience in strategy, client leadership, operations, and colleague development positions her to deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful value for clients and employee owners. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing strong teams and emerging leaders.

Her community involvement includes serving on the Executive Board of the Pittsburgh CLO since 2017, where she supports arts and education initiatives, and being an active supporter of Crisis Center North. She was recognized as a 2017 BusinessWomen First Winner by the Pittsburgh Business Times for her leadership and impact.

Grasak is also the founder of Pittsburgh Women Empowered, established in 2016, a networking community that supports, connects, and educates women leaders across risk, finance, legal, compliance, and human resources. The group empowers women to build meaningful networks and collaborate on civic, business, and philanthropic initiatives that positively influence their lives and communities.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.
