Tim joined Oswald in 2015 with more than 28 years of industry experience. He has been a risk advisor on over 500 projects and serves as a strategic advisor to several construction firms. Tim is a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of construction risk management and insurance.

Tim holds his B.S.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Denver and the designation of Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). He is a frequent expert speaker in the insurance industry.
