Tim is the Cincinnati leader for the Architects and Engineers team within the Design and Construction practice.

With over nine years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in claims, underwriting and product development across all major lines of business, Tim is a utility player who thrives on building relationships, continuing education, and exhaustively investigating solutions for clients.

Tim’s primary goal is to help protect what matters to you: your business, your reputation, your legacy.

His risk management and insurance work focus on Professional Liability solutions for the design industry, as well as Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Cyber and Executive Risk coverages.

Having handled claims and underwritten accounts for built-environment risks, Tim has years of experience when it comes to best practices for insurance risk management, as well as the cautionary tales that emerge when those best practices aren’t
in place.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Xavier University, along with graduate studies toward an M.B.A degree from Xavier.

His professional designations include Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Claims Management (AIC-M), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Property Technical Certification (PTC), and Associate in Insurance (AINS)

Tim is a member of several professional organizations, national and local to the Cincinnati area, including: The CPCU Society, CPCU Society Cincinnati Chapter, allied member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), The Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Cincinnati Preservation Society (CPA), and was previously the VP of Education and Divisional Director for Toastmasters International, leading several clubs comprised of over 100 members.
