Leadership

Todd has been with Oswald Companies since 2011.  His responsibilities include new business development and coordinating with business unit team members for new sales and marketing opportunities. He coordinates and works closely with all members of the service team to ensure that stated service objectives are delivered in a timely manner.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Lancaster is a graduate of Kent State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts & Science degree. Todd earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations in 2014.   He also served on the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission Associate Board from 2013-2019.
