Billy is an Employee Benefits advisor in the Group Benefits Department of Oswald Companies. He has been with Oswald Companies for over nine years providing relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and tactical guidance, supporting strategic communications with client leadership and affiliated partners. His focus is to ensure executive-level transparency, alignment, and overall sustainability gathered through his experience working with various private organizations, non-profits, multi-employer plans, and public entities operating in more than 25 different industries. 

Additionally, Billy oversees Oswald’s Associate Growth and Development program for Pittsburgh, Columbus, and Cincinnati, concentrating on professional growth, strategic development, market advancement, and client experience. 

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS 

Billy received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business in 2026. Prior to joining Oswald Companies, Billy graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a major in Applied Accounting and Finance. Billy is a member of Children’s Trust Ambassador program for UPMC Children’s hospital. Prior to this, he sat on the development board for Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH.
