On April 16th, the EEOC released their long awaited wellness incentive regulations in draft form.  This is welcome news to employers given the EEOC’s recent string of lawsuits challenging the voluntary nature of wellness incentive programs.  The regulations aim to define “voluntary” to ensure incentive amounts are not considered a penalty and don’t change the voluntary nature of wellness programs.

Join Oswald on May 7 at 2 p.m. to review details on the regulations, clarify what has changed, and provide guidance on how to apply the changes to your wellness program.

The session will be presented by Andy Carr, Health Management Product Leader and Luke Clark, Senior Client Executive, both of Oswald.

Register by May 5
