From planning, to activation, to responsiveness, strategic compliance programs are critical in today’s business climate, with more recent laws and regulations presenting the growing need for companies to get their arms around all of their unique exposures.

Recently Kim Ferenchak, Oswald’s Executive Risk Practice Leader, served as a guest panelist for the Crain’s Cleveland “Compliance Trip Wires” Ideas at Dawn Series.

Here Ferenchak, along with fellow panelists Albert N.
