Controlling the cost of claims is one of the pillars of our service.

Our “edge” is our ability to prepare the claim properly for presentation to the carrier.  Understanding exactly what your policy coverage will respond to is most important at a time of loss.  You have paid the premium and negotiated terms and conditions of coverage; therefore, we see to it that you receive all the coverage you are entitled to as an insured.  The Life Science team at Oswald will:

Maintain claim oversight by using our own claim management information system that integrates with existing carrier systems.

Provide client advocacy in disputes arising from service delivery of claim administrator.  Includes contract review, interpretation of service intent and negotiation with service provider to resolve dispute

Provide oversight activities that include claim review, service audits, settlement and reserve change authorization, performance measurements, large loss co-management and renewal.
