Oswald continues to expand its benefits practice
CLEVELAND – Feb. 25, 2013 – Oswald Companies – one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerages in the U.S. – has announced the acquisition of Knezevich & Foerster, LLC., a local firm specializing in group benefits insurance. The acquisition is in direct response to Oswald’s continued strategic growth and expansion in the state of Ohio.
Oswald offers a full range of insurance services including: group benefits, property & casualty, retirement plan services, life insurance and personal risk management worldwide.

K & F employees will remain at their current Independence, Ohio location until Oswald moves its headquarters to a new office space on 1100 Superior Ave. in August 2013.

This acquisition marks the second expansion in the last year. Oswald acquired Union Insurance Group in May 2012.
