Oswald’s Kim Ferenchak to talk Privacy and Data Security at Tucker Ellis Event | July 23
Kim Ferenchak, Oswald VP and Practice Leader of Executive Risk, will be a guest panelist to discuss privacy and data security risks and how to be prepared. Kim will provide an overview of the types of cyber liability insurance coverage currently available in the marketplace, the factors businesses should consider in selecting an appropriate policy, and how insurers and brokers look at underwriting these risks so that participants can better identify steps to take in order to obtain more favorable rates and terms of coverage.
