
As one of Risk & Insurance magazine’s six nationally recognized Cyber Insurance Power Brokers in 2023 and a 2021 Business Insurance Break Out Award Winner, Lacy has been recognized as one of the industry’s most talented leaders. With over 15 years of insurance experience focused exclusively on executive risk coverage areas, Lacy’s cybersecurity expertise has earned her international speaking engagements and panel opportunities. In her role as Oswald’s Cyber Practice Leader, she actively engages with insurance carriers to craft and create new coverages and manuscript forms. Driving customized, innovative policy language and providing tailored consulting services across multiple industry segments, Lacy is an innovator in the cyber insurance space.
Lacy integrates her product and market knowledge to find solutions to client issues that arise daily. She also works closely with insurance companies to draft policy enhancements, providing innovative solutions to local, national, and international companies. As the pace of Cyber incidents continues to soar, Lacy is at the forefront of protecting her clients’ largest and most valuable assets.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Lacy earned her degree in history with a minor in art history from Indiana University. She holds a Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) from Carnegie Mellon and an Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designation. Lacy also attended the Lloyd’s Broker Academy in London to better understand the UK cyber marketplace. Additionally, she serves as Board Chair for Ten Thousand Villages Cincinnati and is a member of the Oswald Women’s Leadership Council.
