CLEVELAND – September 25, 2025 – Oswald Companies, a Unison Risk Advisors Company, has announced the acquisition of Hotaling & Associates Agency, Inc., an independent insurance agency based in Brecksville, Ohio.
Hotaling & Associates Agency, Inc., established in 1986 by Robert Hotaling, provides consultative and personalized service on medium-to-large property and casualty risk management programs and all types of surety bonding and analysis.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Oswald’s regional presence and enhances its specialty practice area in design, construction and surety.
