CLEVELAND – April 6, 2016 – Oswald Companies has announced the appointment of Jeffery Phillips to the position of Vice President and Senior Sales Executive, Property & Casualty.

Phillips brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, advising middle market companies on their insurance and risk management programs, and with specializations in the real estate, manufacturing and private equity sectors. He most recently served as a partner of The Hoffman Group, a regional insurance brokerage firm with offices in Northeast Ohio.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and holds the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. He is currently the Legislative Committee Chair and past Trustee to the Ohio Insurance Agents Association.

Jung added, “I am confident that Jeff’s leadership will greatly impact our clients and employee-owners alike, as well as strongly support our firm’s advancement during this exciting growth phase.”
