CLEVELAND, June 30, 2025 – Oswald Companies has been named among the 2025 Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio by the Plain Dealer/Cleveland.com and among the nation’s Top Workplaces by USA Today. Top Workplaces celebrates the companies across the region and the country that scored the highest rankings by their employees. This is the 13th year overall and the 12th consecutive year Oswald has been included.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, the third-party firm that surveys employees of each company up for consideration. “That’s something to be proud of. Oswald Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert Klonk notes that company culture is what sets Oswald apart.
