Oswald Companies Earns Top Ranking of Cool Places to Work in Michigan for Second Consecutive Year
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — Aug. 5, 2019 — For the second consecutive year, Oswald Companies has earned the top overall ranking in the Crain’s Detroit Business Cool Places to Work in Michigan program. In the seven-year history of the program, Oswald is the first to be named back-to-back first place overall honorees.
According to the Crain’s Detroit Business website, Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa., produced the ranking of Cool Places to Work in Michigan for Crain’s for the seventh year. The 100 workplaces that earned the distinction in 2019 each provided a detailed account of their benefits and policies, and completed a confidential employee survey — covering workplace culture, company leadership and other aspects of work — that accounted for 75 percent of the final ranking.
