Oswald Companies Recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace; Celebrates 13th Consecutive Year
CLEVELAND, June 2026 – Oswald Companies, a Unison Risk Advisors company, has been named among the 2026 Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio by The Plain Dealer/Cleveland.com. The annual recognition highlights organizations that earn strong marks from employees through an independent survey measuring workplace culture, engagement and leadership.
This year marks the 13th consecutive year Oswald has been recognized as a Top Workplace, reflecting a long‑standing commitment to creating an environment where people feel supported, connected and proud of the company they are building together.
Unison Risk Advisors and Oswald Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert Klonk said the firm’s continued recognition reflects its values driven approach to culture.
“We are intentional about who we bring into Oswald and how we support our people,” Klonk said. “We look for individuals who are motivated to do the right thing for clients, for their colleagues and for the communities we serve. That shared mindset has helped shape our culture over time.”
The consecutive years of recognition reflect the strength of Oswald’s internal culture and the relationships built across teams. The Top Workplaces distinction is based entirely on employee feedback, underscoring the importance of listening, consistency and trust in sustaining a strong workplace.
Oswald President Jessica Jung said that sense of connection and shared purpose is central to the employee experience.
“At Oswald, being in good company starts with the people you work alongside every day,” Jung said. “As employee‑owners, our teams take pride in supporting one another and building something meaningful together. Being part of the Unison Risk Advisors network adds another layer of collaboration and shared perspective, while allowing us to stay grounded in the culture and values that make Oswald who we are.”
Founded more than 130 years ago, Oswald continues to invest in the employee experience in ways that support collaboration and connection. The firm’s Cleveland headquarters in the Flats, which opened in fall 2024, was designed based on employee input and reflects how teams work together today. The location offers views of Lake Erie, a rooftop patio, flexible meeting spaces with outdoor seating and access to nearby restaurants and downtown amenities.
Oswald’s sustained recognition as a Top Workplace reflects more than longevity. It speaks to a culture grounded in shared values, meaningful collaboration and the belief that people do their best work when they know they are in good company.
