CLEVELAND – April 4, 2017 – Oswald Companies has been selected as an awards recipient in the inaugural Smart Culture Conference & Awards, presented by Alliance Solutions Group and Smart Business. This event will take place on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven.

The Smart Culture Conference & Awards Program will recognize organizations that have developed a culture that bolsters productivity, enhances job satisfaction and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Conference will also explore how culture can become an asset to drive performance, transform organizations into employers-of-choice and ultimately impact the bottom line.
